By accessing our website or using our installation services, you agree to these terms and conditions set forth by Lokesh Enterprises.

Service Agreement

• Free site inspections are non-binding — you are not obligated to proceed after the visit.
• Once an installation quote is accepted and work has commenced, cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours.
• All materials remain our property until full payment is received.

Warranty

• We provide a 1-year warranty on installation workmanship defects.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, tampering, or extreme weather events beyond normal conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Lokesh Enterprises is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the scope of our installation warranty.
